Scouts AT little River

Little River UCC is the Chartering Organization for Scout Troop 1532 and Cub Scout Pack 115.

Troop 1532 is now in its fifth program year at LRUCC, with activities such as Scout Camps, High Adventure Camps, canoeing, hiking, backpacking, cycling, and other outdoor activities. The Troop is expanding, and every year we welcome new scout families and congratulate our newest Eagle Scouts on their monumental accomplishments.

In 2022, Troop 1532 scouts logged nearly 300 hours of service in programs such as Scouting for Food, the Annandale Greendale Conservation Project, and Wreaths Across America Remembrance, as well as others. The Troop is proud to give back to the community.

Pack 115 is growing as well, and recently graduated several scouts to join Troop 1532. Some activities the Pack participates in include the Pinewood Derby model car race, the Raingutter Regatta boat race, and various summer events such as fishing, hiking, and camping. Some scouts also went on an overnight trip to the USS Torsk in Baltimore Harbor!
