Chris has more than 30 years experience in facilities and grounds maintenance including military housing at Quantico and facilities and housing at the Navy Yard, Naval Research Lab, Naval Observatory, Annapolis and Bolling Air Force Base. Since 2009, Chris worked as Engineering Manager for Vinson Hall Corporation where he was responsible for all phases of maintenance for the five-building campus at Vinson Hall continuing care retirement community in McLean, VA. Chris is skilled in electrical and plumbing work for home construction and remodels and has certifications as an HVAC technician and for preventive maintenance of building systems.
